Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The business reports selling or sharing personal information. You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to request a sale/sharing opt-out. This page offers a browser-only preference and contact methods for customer records; it does not automatically send a request to the office or third parties.

Checking browser preference…
This preference stays in this browser until its storage is cleared. GPC remains effective while your browser sends it. Repeat your preference on other browsers/devices or enable GPC in each one. It does not disable essential page delivery, Google Fonts or the embedded map and does not revoke information already disclosed.
Requests covering customer records
To opt out of sale/sharing of rental, inquiry or other customer information, contact the office or send a postal request to the facility. State “Do not sell or share my personal information” and give only enough information to locate your records. Do not send identity documents or payment details for an opt-out.
Prepare opt-out emailThe email link opens your email app. Nothing is submitted until you send it. The office email and phone currently shown on the site still require owner confirmation as monitored privacy-request channels.

Where the CCPA applies, sale/sharing opt-outs must be processed as soon as feasible and within 15 business days; qualifying GPC signals must also be propagated to applicable sale/sharing systems. That business-wide processing is not implemented by saving this local preference. You may also request a limitation of sensitive-information use if it is used beyond legally permitted purposes, without unnecessary identity verification.
Other rights and authorized agents
Access, deletion and correction requests use the contact methods above and may require permitted identity verification. An authorized agent can make requests with appropriate proof of authority. Exercising privacy rights must not lead to unlawful discrimination.
The business must confirm its CCPA coverage, recipient relationships and request-handling process before relying on these pages as a complete compliance program.
